We are tired of the trend in the national media to constantly report on the “allegedly” terrible national real estate market. Guess what? There is no such thing as a “national” real estate market. Real estate always was and always will be a local matter. Sure, there are markets in the U.S. that are still pretty rough – and, yes, we did see some major price adjustments – but the market in and around Boise just isn’t as bad as they say.
We have a healthy level of inventory and a very strong pool of qualified buyers. Long story short, stuff is selling. At good prices. To attractive, happy people.
This isn’t time to lose your cool and go out and pay too much for a property. But at the prices we are seeing, except maybe in the highest priced categories, there really cannot be too much more decline because the demand is there to keep it steady. Adding to that boost is a rental market that is stronger than it’s been in years. Now an excellent time to pick up some investment properties.
We think the name is appropriate based on the fact that right now the real estate market is very exciting. We chose the name Homes Gone WILD! because we wanted something memorable and sticky. Something you could tell your friends about, or at the very least just remember from the time you saw an ad to the time you got back to your computer.
We also wanted to have a little fun. Because after all, if you aren’t having fun, what are we even fighting for?
